LA STANDARD NEWSPAPER
The April 2019 SLAWC event was featured in the LA Standard Newspaper, which portrays African-American communities in South Los Angeles and Inglewood in a positive light, which is not very difficult seeing that there is an endless supply of stories of Black people, Black-owned small businesses, and Black community-service organizations doing amazing things.
I was selected to attend the Batonnage Forum, a 2-day conference highlighting the contributions of women in wine! I also met so many dynamic women as part of the Batonnage Scholars Program.
SLAWC was featured on Spectrum News 1, highlighting the community impact and its growth through USC Bridges to Business Program
USC BRIDGES TO BUSINESS SUCCESS
